Light brown foam. Smell of biscuits at first, then, closer, it resembles more a sugary coffee.
Very dry at the taste. A bit of fruit and further biscuit notes, for a cup not very smooth, mostly dry and slim.
Quite bitter and tastes much more intense than the number given by Nespresso would imply.
