Sendero Mexico review

Brown foam. Nice aroma, somewhat sweet and cocoa-like.

Both aren’t that present in the tasting though. At first quite acidic, medium intensity, with a nicely contrasting bitter aftertaste. Weak crema.

Blackberries and peaches are the most prominent flavors in the cup. Overall a dry and acidic cup, with a light-body quality.

Capsules are fully compostable and all the coffee Sendero sells is ethically sustainable and sourced from smallholder, specialty grade, farms.
