Brown foam. Nicely roasted, pungent, sweet aroma. Malty and cereals-like.
Slightly acidic at first but more noticeable is the medium, smooth and creamy, body. Cocoa notes merge with cereals and woodiness. Persistent crema.
Acidity subsides at lower temperatures, partly replaced by bitterness of dry cereals and woody notes, but remains in the aftertaste. Red fruits acidity.
A complex cup, mixing nearly equally acidity, bitterness and a medium roastiness.
