Light brown foam. Strong aroma, with an orange-like quality but still very much coffee’s.

Acidic and bitter at first sip. Neither prevail over the other. When less warm, acidity becomes more prominent and a tenuous sweetness arises. A medium-light bodied cup.

Low intensity. The bitterness, especially in the aroma, is alike a dark chocolate tablet. Orange and tangerine flavours are the most prominent in a coffee that overall doesn’t favour any, being extremely neutral and balanced.

Capsules are fully compostable and all the coffee Sendero sells is ethically sustainable and sourced from smallholder, specialty grade, farms.
