Sendero Uganda

Brown foam. Distinct cocoa and cereals aroma. Heavy body, with a velvet feel in mouth. Crema is quite persisting. Definitely a dark roast, with a strong intensity (I’d hazard a 9-10 on the classic Nespresso scale). Somewhat dry, possessing a moderate level of acidity, of berries-like quality. Throughout a cocoa leaning cup of coffee, with hints of acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.

Capsules are fully compostable and all the coffee Sendero sells is ethically sustainable and sourced from smallholder, specialty grade, farms.
