Intense, nutty/chocolate, aroma. Brown foam.
At the taste it is dry and with a bitter aftertaste. Not a very thick cup. Low acidity. Over the course of the tasting the salty flavours gets more and more pronounced, akin to eating a 90% dark chocolate bar.
A tad of fruity notes can be guessed, especially if drank as a ristretto sized cup. Definitely a dark roast, geared towards those who wants a strong espresso, without compromises.
