Brown foam. Nutty/sweet aroma is prevalent.
Medium in acidity and intensity (8 is perhaps too high compared to the same scale as Nespresso’s). A slightly bitter taste when hotter, progressively dwindling the closer the coffee gets to ambient temperature.
Weak body. Quickly disappearing cream, increasing the overall weak feeling. Strictly a ristretto/espresso cup size as it easily becomes watery in larger cups.
