A Limited Edition from 2018, inspired by the Paris cafés and french roasts.
Brown foam. Nice aroma, burnt and nutty.
Medium body. Definitely bitter at first sip. Medium acidity throughout the tasting. Strong and bitter overall, trumping all other flavours, the most noticeable being pepper/spicy.
A very dark roast and experience, closely resembling the one of french coffee houses.
