A welcome addition to the 2019 lineup of Nespresso capsules, Café Istanbul is slightly similar to last year’s Paris Black Limited Edition.
Nice, mild smell. The foam is of a light brown colour.
At the taste is a bit bitter, with cocoa and spicy notes. Some acidity, I would rate it at 3/10. Strong body, it fills your mouth nicely. Use it as a straight espresso, or ristretto, cup and it will satisfy you.
