Arpeggio Review
- Origin: a blend of Central and South American Arabica coffee.
- Intensity: 9
- Bitterness: 4
- Acidity: 2

- Roasting: 4
Light brown foam. Cocoa and cereals prevail in the aroma, with traces of burnt smell too and some vague acidity.
Crema doesn’t last much. A decidedly dark roast, with intense dark cocoa notes and a subtle caramel undertones.
Quite a dry cup of coffee, with barely any acidity. Very bitter overall, as in a 80% dark chocolate tablet, thus not in a displeasant way. Nearly a full bodied cup, with a good aftertaste.
